• In January 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Kolaka Regency will be 2.89 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.03.
• Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in 7 expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 5.91 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.13 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 2.88 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group at 4.45 percent; transportation group by 2.12 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 1.24 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group amounted to 2.83 percent. Meanwhile, the groups that experienced y-on-y deflation were: the health group at 0.40 percent; information, communication and financial services group at 0.86 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 0.34 percent. Meanwhile, the education group did not experience change/was relatively stable.
• Kolaka Regency's month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate for January 2024 is 0.16 percent respectively.
