Abstract

The percentage of poor people in September 2024 will be 10.63 percent, decreased 0.58 percentage points against March 2024. The number of poor people in September 2024 will be 305.27 thousand people, a decrease 14.44 thousand people by March 2024. The percentage of urban poor people in September 2024 will be 6.78 percent, decreased compared to March 2024 which was 7.45 percent. Temporary The percentage of poor rural residents in September 2024 will be 13.07 percent decreased compared to March 2024 which was 13.60 percent. Compared to March 2024, the number of poor people in September 2024 is urban decreased by 6.84 thousand people (from 82.61 thousand people in March 2024 to 75.77 thousand people in September 2024). Meanwhile, in the same period the number of poor rural residents fell by 7.60 thousand people (from 237.10   thousand people in March 2024 to 229.50 thousand people in September 2024). The poverty line in September 2024 was recorded at IDR 473,343/capita/month with a Food Poverty Line composition of IDR 353,412 (74.66 percent) and the Non-Food Poverty Line of IDR 119,931 (25.34 percent). In September 2024, the average household will be poor in Southeast Sulawesi has 5.05 household members. Thus, the magnitude of the Line Poverty per poor household on average is IDR 2,390,382/ poor households/month
