BPS Kolaka Regency is committed to rejecting all forms of gratification.

What is gratification? Let's get acquainted with the term gratification together.

Gratification is regulated in Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes and Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999.

According to Law (UU) Number 20/2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31/1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes (UU Tipikor), gratification is a gift in a broad sense which includes:

Money, goods, rebates (discounts), commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, lodging facilities, tourist trips, free medical treatment, other facilities.

Gratuities can be received domestically or abroad, and can be done using electronic means or without electronic means.
