The Meeting of Public Consultation Forum (FKP) REGSOSEK and Recruitment Officers for ST2023

Tuesday (21/3), a meeting was held with an agenda to discuss the REGSOSEK Public Consultation Forum (FKP) and preparations for the recruitment of 2023 Agricultural Census officers at the BPS of Kolaka Regency. This meeting was conducted by the Head of the BPS of Kolaka Regency, Ade Ida Mane, SST., M.Sc., who was then explained by each of the staff on duty.

The discussion on FKP Regsosek was explained by Fikron Tanazzul Ahsani, S.Tr.Stat., as the social representative. FKP is carried out for grouping community welfare that has been previously recorded at REGSOSEK. The welfare classification referred to in this FKP is very poor, poor, vulnerable to poverty, and not poor. This activity will be carried out at the village level in May 2023 with a maximum number of SLS for each village is 12 SLS. Officers in this activity at the district/city level consist of Regional Instructors, Facilitators, Assistant Facilitators, and Administrators. Regional instructors will be given training in the province who will then train assistant facilitators in the districts/cities. The facilitator is the village head or an envoy representing him. The assistant facilitators consist of organics and partners. Meanwhile, administrators only consist of partners.

The facilitator's job is to guide the running of the Public Consultation Forum (FKP) as well as hold discussions with FKP participants. The Assistant Facilitator is in charge of distributing documents, understanding concepts and props, and assisting the Facilitator in guiding activities while the Administrator is in charge of preparing administration and completing documents. The number of Assistant Facilitators is 21 organic and 21 partners and Administrators is 21 partners. After FKP there will be an evaluation, data entry, and finalization.

The agenda for the next meeting discussed the recruitment of ST2023 officers. This discussion was led by Zulfikar Halim Lumintang SST, as the production representative. The number of ST2023 officers needed in Kolaka Regency is 248 consisting of 6 Koseka (organic), 36 PML (organic and partners), and 206 PPL (partners). The SLS that will be carried out by the census is divided into two types, concentration SLS and non-concentration SLS. The difference between the two is if the SLS is concentrated, enumeration will be carried out on all agricultural households in the SLS while the non-concentrated SLS is carried out by the snowball method. The process of recruiting officers uses e-learning with the condition that previously officers must be registered in the SOBAT application and then recruited according to the stages in e-learning. After discussing the entire meeting agenda, the meeting was closed by the meeting leader with a message that all activities were carried out seriously and carefully prepared so as to produce good results.
